1. Complimentary Delivery Threshold
Care Galleria extends complimentary express nationwide delivery across all major cities in Pakistan for orders exceeding Rs. 5,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat courier dispatch fee of Rs. 250 is applied.
2. Preparation & Packaging Timeline
Because our botanical hair and skin care formulations are verified in fresh batches, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for inspection, tamper-evident sealing, and presentation packaging prior to courier hand-off.
3. Transit Durations
Standard deliveries within Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad are typically received within 2 to 4 business days. Regional destinations may require up to 5 business days. Real-time courier SMS updates are dispatched upon hand-off. You can also follow your order anytime on our order tracking page.
4. Unexpected Transit Delays & Concierge Support
While we partner with premier nationwide courier services to ensure prompt dispatch, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather conditions, seasonal logistic surges, or remote transit routes. Should your package not arrive within the expected timeframe, our Concierge Client Care team is on standby to immediately investigate and expedite delivery.
